I offer 1-on-1 movement coaching for those with chronic illness or pain or those looking to just feel better in their bodies and want an approach focused on overall health. I currently offer two separate coaching packages depending on your needs, budget, and lifestyle. Whether you are bed-bound or fairly active already, I can help. My coaching is not about getting that six pack or running that marathon, it’s about healing from the inside out and improving quality of life! I also have a signature movement program you can download and utilize at your own pace.

Month-to-Month Coaching

After an initial intake form, assessment and video call*, I will write you a movement plan that lasts one month. There will be weekly check-ins to answer any questions you may have and so that we can adjust your plan as needed. You have the option to renew at the end of each month, however, please remember that it takes a minimum of 3 months to start seeing significant changes and progress in your healing. $299 USD/month

*Each package begins with you completing a full intake form and then having a video call so we can review your situation and requirements. Once you have chosen a package, you will book the call allowing for 48-hours between completing the forms and our conversation. This gives me time to review everything!

3-Month Coaching Plan

After an initial intake form, assessment and video call*, I will write you a monthly movement plan for the following 3 months. We will do a skype/phone check in the 3rd week of each month to allow me to answer any questions you may have as well as to write your next month’s plan. You will receive this plan prior to the start of the next month. There will be weekly check-ins to answer any questions you may have and so that we can adjust your plan as needed. This 3-month plan is the best way to see true progress and get into the swing of movement for healing. This is the package I recommend and it allows us more time to work together so that I can get to know your body and lifestyle. $855 USD/3-months

1-Hour Consult

I occasionally offer one-off consultations to answer basic questions you may have about movement and exercise. We can review your situation from a very global perspective, cover what starting steps may be good for you, and answer any general questions you may have.

I also offer consult calls for other practitioners wanting to learn how to work with the chronic illness population. Whether you are a personal trainer, physical therapist, or health coach, I am able to provide guidance about working with your patients and clients. I also sometimes have a client and their practitioner of choice on a call together to go over their situation.

Movement helped me go from bed bound to functional and now I’m able to work and enjoy activities I love! It was (and still is) a crucial piece of my healing journey. During one of my worst relapses, I was completely bed bound, basically non-functional, and had increasing symptoms and pain. One day, as more of my body began to hurt, I realized this was the least active I had ever been and it clearly wasn’t helping. I slowly began to move, first stretching for a couple of minutes in bed then building up to floor work and walking the length of my driveway. My pain began to decrease, my energy began to increase, and my healing began to improve again. I’m now able to take care of myself daily, drive long distances, and be active on a regular basis.
